1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Some items like innerwear, personal gadgets (e.g., smartwatches, earphones), and custom products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@toyzrin.com with the following details:

Reason for return
Product images (in case of damage or defect)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
3. Pickup and Return Process
Once your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup through our delivery partners.
Please ensure the item is securely packed.
In remote areas, you may be asked to self-ship the item to a provided address.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or wallet).
In case of COD orders, you’ll be asked to share bank details for a manual refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@toyzrin.com.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may, however, opt for a return after delivery under the above terms.

6. Packaging
All products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect the package on arrival. If you find the parcel tampered with or damaged, do not accept it and notify us immediately.
